I think that maybe I don't reference Justin Beiber enough or something.

I had 6 today. Now I have none. I always read them. But people, you should never have chat notification on! Also, it doesn't take long to get rid of them. I either delete them or click them all really quickly so it doesn't have time to load them individually.

Anyone else send the OP a message after reading this topic?

I read them as soon as I see them so none so far. It helps to turn off group notifications.

Including news posts for most groups that use it as plugs.

As some have already mentioned, shutting off user group notification's help with unwanted messages

None. Whenever I get one, I have to read it instantly. If I'm watching a video when I get it, it's hard to finish the video, and not think about the message.

Same. I load up my bookmark for this site and the first thing I read is the messages. Then I check the side bar and see what topics sound cool or are really busy. Only then can I watch my videos.
