Stargate Universe for me please - the demise of that show was pretty much the last straw for me actually watching anything regularly on tv as far as being the only SF show that was currently around that was at least trying to capture that good old sense of adventure and exploration. (Edit - in retrospect, that sentence could do with being structured better! Oh well!)
I miss myself a good spacebound series (yes, I am aware of Firefly, just never really picked up on it until the film was made) these days.

Caprica, it was absolutely amazing, and the only reason it was cancelled is because more people downloaded it than watched it on TV. One of the best sci-fi series ever, and it's rare for a sci-fi series to cross far more with drama then with action, yet it was pulled off so well.
I want to say Lie to Me, but it was already starting to get a bit stale by the time it reached the end. Otherwise, Justice. It got jerked around by Fox when they were trying to fit it in with Prison Break, 24 and American Idol, and it got cancelled after only a few episodes. I don't know if it could have been something, but I thought it deserved more of a chance than it got.
pushing daisies, as it is one of my all time favorite shows, that got canceled before it could even wrap up half of the plot threads. i would also be happy with either of his other 2 shows, dead like me, or wonderfalls, both of which got cancled while there was still alot to do, and many more great things planned.
