The games done quick guys started issuing DCMA copyright claims willy nilly on anybody who uploaded VODs to youtube whether they were monetized or not without bothering to make some sort of official statement or even message those involved(to my knowledge).
I wouldn't normally be annoyed by this but I'm pretty sure it shut down a channel that hosted VODs of some of the smaller marathons which are much, MUCH slower about uploading their videos(if they upload them at all).

If I wanted to really start a flame war, I'd start with that.
