I think this is an accurate summation of my feelings regarding this thread.

Christmas Day is on the 25th dude. That's tomorrow.

My parents let me open one present each Sunday of Advent, plus I got some others, so the presents I have right now are:
Lego Advent Calendar (not really a present, but is was awesome. I just built the last thing)
First Sunday: Flashlights that can clip onto my hat.
Second Sunday: My new computer arrived on Wednesday, so that counted as that weeks present, and my birthday present
Third Sunday: Headphones with a Microphone. I'm actually using them as I type this.
Fourth Sunday: I fell asleep at 3:45 PM, so I wasn't awake when we usually open the ones from my parents, but my dad's friend gave me a $50 Toys R Us gift card.
Other: My sister gave me a snowman pen with light up eyes and boxing gloves that she was giving out as party favors. Then she gave me another one because I stepped on the first one and it broke.
What I know I'm going to get: Since my parents keep leaving receipts in the catalogs that they order the presents from and then let me look in them, I accidentally found out that I'm getting both the Marvel and DC encyclopedias. And from "santa" (any belief I had left in him is now gone because I fond the receipt for a present from him): http://www.thinkgeek.com/electronics/retro-gaming/bd6f/

Edit: Oh, and a lot of people celebrate with their extended family Christmas Eve and their immediate family Christmas Day, so this thread is here at the right time.

Did someone celebrate christmas early?
I was going to go into this long pedantic speech about how timezones work, and then I realized the time.

there are only 2 places in this list of places (and it's vast) that are in December 25th yet:

http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/difference.html?p1=152

edit: THere are actually a couple of others

Anadyr, Kamchalka, Auckland, Kiritimati, Majuro, Suva, Chatham Islands, Wellington, Nukualofa, Funafuti, Yaren

So if you're in or near those places, Merry Christmas.

Well that's exactly what i was thinking, since no-one really celebrates christmas the second it gets to 12:00.

As far as I know, I'm getting Assassins Creed 2, a series DVD of The Thick of It and an iTunes gift card. Not much but now the novelty of the festive season is starting to wear off a tiny bit.

I got a sweet strobe tuner and a soldering station for the solstice. I gave my mom some violin albums and the most important book in music [http://aebersold.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=V01DS&Category_Code=AEBALL]. Waiting to swap gifts with everyone else until tomorrow. I foresee a significant growth in my Steam account.
