No, because that doesn't explain what it does, what characteristic makes this possible. Farq's answer made more sense, as it would reflect attacks, but I know NOTHING of Pokemon. Saying he's very strong doesn't explain why, say, an army of powersuited soldiers and such fall before it. I'm not trying to be nitpicky, but I have to understand what it is that's going on.
