Oh and this cult has made said person give away everything they own to the cult, and it seem highly suspect to be a suicide cult.

So do you do anything. if so what?

Cults train their members to ignore the kind of gentle criticism that would normally be appropriate in this situation. You'll probably need to stage an intervention with the help of other people your friend is closest to, assuming they also see this behavior as dangerous and irrational. (If it's really a cult, this shouldn't be hard.)

Well, it's highly likely that I won't be able to change his mind (And I don't Wanna, cause Firstly it's their right to believe whatever they want, and Secondly I don't wanna be a Converter), but I don't want to just ignore the problem, or just let him die...
