Your Best Friend

Kinda a tough choice. I could refer to either my old best friend who I've known since kindergarten or I could talk to the one I consider to my best friend now who I met when I switched schools.

There both very diffrent. Ones a Hippie. The other is a Comedian. Ones a die hard Rocker, the other would rather listen to Coldplay and Lady Gaga. One does Cross Country, the other plays Basketball.

Either way there both great guys and there fun to hang out with.

He is a really cool dude, we don't hang out much, but we do make each other laugh. Yep. Oh and we can talk about anything with out worrying about the other backstabbing them

I have friends, but I don't have a 'best friend'. I have a couple people who are all very evenly matched for the position but I wouldn't favouritize (I don't think it's a word but hopefully you get the drift) any of them.

Don't have a best friend, just people I rely on for my entertainment fix. They're dispensable but maybe someday I'll have a best friend, of the opposite gender.

Probably the closest person to a best friend I've had was a kid I knew in 3rd and 5th grade. Basically we talked a lot and he even walked home with me on my 12th birthday. Those were fun times. Unfortunately though, he moved to Indiana.

My best friend is my cousin, mainly because I didn't want to pick one of my friends as best so there's like no jealousy. They understand that you can't get any higher then family. My cousin is a good friend though, see him every Saturday to have a drink and play the Xbox... we get along well because were a lot a like, we have the same sense of humour and enjoy pretty much the same thing so well after a few drinks it's funny lol.

Yeah, I've got one. The only reason we became friends was because of video games. Specifically, I got stuck while playing King's Quest 6 (I'd lost my guidebook with the translation of the Cliffs of Logic Runes and The Internet had not become the staple it is today) so we got together and played King's Quest. To this day I still have a soft spot in my heart for that series. Except 8, because it SUCKED.

We have a fairly good routine going. We get together most weekends when we're in the same town and get hammered out of our frickin' minds. Then we go get coffee and donuts and finally end up watching anime until we're sober enough to go back to our respective abodes and fall asleep with no hangovers in the morning.

My best friend is adorable. She loves me so much, and everything I say to her she takes as truth.
We were wandering around some place at night, and it was really dodgy. I said that we were probably going to get raped, and ran on ahead (chasing a rabbit that I saw). She was absolutely and honestly terrified.
Never underestimate the power trip of having a friend that would do anything you told them to and says as much.

My other close friends are great too. I have bastard neighbours who have their subwoofer pumping until 5am on the weekend, so my friends came over at 2am one night. We all leant over my neighbour's fence to meow really loudly, at the top of our lungs for 10 minutes.

I love my friends.

I make friends all the time, but they always seem to move on to other friends and leave me behind. I'm the guy that people turn to when things go bad, but those people will never invite me to a party, or invite me to a movie, or even give a call on the phone to chat. It made me depressed at first, but I guess it's a curse I should cultivate: I want to become a psychiatrist, so I should be able to be friends with a patient without becoming too attached.

I've known her about 4 or 5 years. We are very similar people in that we're both rock hard emotionally and we love spending our weekends the same way (either just hanging out with a couple of friends or really partying). She's the kind of person who I could say anything to and not get any judgement back. She's just really down to earth and we connect really well.

Me and my best friend have been best friend since 6th grade. So, 6 years. He's the best friend I've ever had. Unfortunately he's gotten really into his new band and I've been kind of forgotten. Along with all of his other friends and girlfriend. I hope he wakes up soon, or I'll have a new best friend soon.
