Your Best Sniper Kill.

I generally lack the class and sophistication required to make use of a sniper rifle.

My best sniping moment would be mediocre by most shooter fans, but basically, I capped a bunch of ugly aliens in the head on Mass Effect 2, and the resulting "HEADSHOT!!" calls from Mordin woke my husband up going "Wow, you got one in the head! Well done!".

Team Fortress 2: I made 2 kills within a couple of seconds by using the Sniper's taunt kill (which takes a couple of seconds to "charge") on two unsuspecting Heavy's

I did the same, but with the Heavy tauntkill...
POW! HA-HA!

What is your best kill with a sniper rifle? It can be any game so long as it is a sniper rifle.

This is myn, not my best ever, but its the only one I got recorded.

Was being harassed by jet flyovers in Battlefield 2, so I went to the highest point on the map and sniped the pilot out as it flew past. Probably the best feeling I've had playing any FPS online.

I know it looks like a setup, but its legit. It was in a regular 1v1 match with a friend of mine, I had just killed him and wasn't sure where he was going to respawn, so I messed around and in the end got lucky.


Note that this isnt my best sniper kill of all time, just one of the few I got on tape.

Ahh, sniping is my favorite!

I don't have a video, but I did snipe the driver out of a helicopter with my M24 in BF:BC2. No other feeling compares to that.

Killzone 2 on Pyrrhus Rise: I used the sniper with the standard scope, x3 zoom if i remember correctly.
It was in the beginning of the match and a saw a guy (blue light) on the other side of the map.
If anyone has played Killzone 2 online here, I was standing on the middle of the bridge located on the top of the map and the enemy was close to their spawn. If it does not sound that special, I understand you, thing is... It was close to a 1000m shot with a crappy scope.

Playing Mass Effect 2 as a soldier (not a multiplayer game but oh well), I'm just advancing with my sniper out, I turn around a corner, and an enemy with max armour and health ran straight into me.
Needless to say, "OH FUCK" was screamed out, and many presses of the trigger happened.
Luckily, the first shot hit his head and took off his armour, health, and then proceeded to melt him due to my incendiary ammo.
Hells yeah.

3 possible (not in any order)
1-Red Faction 1. jumped off a ledge zoomed in with a rail gun and while falling shot a guy in the face.
2-Hitman 2:Silent Assassin. Double headshot on a mission in Kirov, two generals (or military personell) go and talk then they share a friendly hug, when they hug you shoot one of them in head and the bullet passes through, kills the other one and then you escape.
3-Gears of War 2 with a Torque Bow. I was playing Horde with a friend and I got a headshot on a Locust Drone so the arrow passed through and lodged itself in the chest of a cyclops drone (which then died soon after).

Any kill, as long as it's on one of my IRL friends and they're sitting next to me. Getting an online sniper kill will never beat hearing the person next to you swear in anger and then punch you in the side.

I'd have to go with this one time back when Red Faction was new and shiny, I was playing with a friend... I found the rail-gun...
Took out my friend and the bot running around behind her in one shot. Through a wall. I was proud. We laughed.

I was actually playing one of the Ghost Recon games with my dad a few years back and we were walking down the road when out of the bushes comes three guys with other guys in the bushes to provide cover.

My dad took out the chargers and I sniped all the guys in the bushes, headhsots, mind you, based on where their muzzle flashes were. I think there were four of them.

I don't remember any good sniper stories, however I do remember my worst.

It was Battle Field 2 (Not Bad Company) and it was me and one other person on the server. He was in a helicopter and controlled almost all the spawn points, so I tried to lure him over to one spawn by capturing then running away to a oil derrick. I tried to kill him with C4, didn't work more then once, so I spent the rest of the game trying to snipe him through the window of his helicopter, but what I didn't know was that my rifle didn't have the stopping power to break through the glass of a helicopter cockpit, so it lead to a rather uneventful hour and a half of me hating DICE for adding such inaccurate sniper rifles to a game, but now I just hate them for making only one sniper rifle good against helicopters. Thanks DICE.

I managed to implant a few rounds in a Witch's skull in L4D2. My friend was pretty baffled that I managed to kill her without her going insane like she usually does. Also, managed to catch a leaping Hunter one time in Dark Carnival.

Hmm... maybe that's why Hunters hate my guts so much...

in Battlefield: Bad Company 1, i was on the very tippy top of the crane in that really foggy map and some jabroni was driving a humvee towards our base.

i took one shot at him and my bullet smashed through his windshield and into his face. it also caused the vehicle to explode, somehow lol

Long Range: In Battlefield I got a perfect cross map kill in one shot. All I could see was him going behind a fence, I guessed at the bullet drop and time and got a clean head shot. That man was probably pissed.

Short Range: In CoD4 I was jumping for one reason or another and saw a person in front of me. I quick scoped and got very lucky and hit him.....and the guy behind him. I wish I recorded that....
