Simple: Just explain one of your best/funnest rounds/games in TF2, which class(es) you were using and the map, and if the your team were socialable etc. I had the idea for this thread becuase I got a really good match as a spy earlier today and I like boasting :p

Spy for whole match.
81 kills, two flag captures (85 points in total)
very talkative teammates, who I strategized with and we won 6 out of the 7 matches. (But the 85 match was my best)
2Fort...

Etc.

I was backstabbing my heart out ^^ My first proper use of spy, now that I think of it...ive had TF2 for ages but this is the first time I used a spy for more than half a round...didnt realise it was such a fun class :D infact maybe I should use him some more, than post up some spy tips I notice...

My current fav class: spy,
My current fav team colour (Rather pointless, But still) RED FTW

I played a round today actually, with Pheonix(AKA Prophet). I was engi and he was my bodyguard while I set up these epic strongpoints on various maps. 70-something points in one game. It's all the more epic since It's been almost 8 months since I last played TF2.

We had a 16vs16 match on I think it was Goldrush but im not sure about the name.

Anyway we where RED and gave up our first CP way too early so we had to defend the last cap for 24minutes if we wanted to win.

we allmost had a spycap on the final point but managed to fend him off and started to build.

I broke all my engie records, teleports, healing as engie. sentry kills etc. our top guy managed to get 66kills in one life. and we pushed them all the way back to the first corner on the map. it was glorious.

Much the same as Alpha Omega really, we kept getting forced back just before the timer ran out, we had 5 mins to defend the last cap, but they kept gaining momentum. So we all spammed Engineer and kept them back. Glorious.

I was a Demoman. It was a Cart game, I can't recall the map's name. The enemy got all the way to the final checkpoint, only to walk into a sticky field I laid down in preparation.

This happened about five times. In the end I had a 14-kill streak in one life.

Well i was playing a Heavy... a friend of mine (who doesn't play often) joined and became medic. Teams were... 8 vs 8 or such. Not much to tell except: We two walked in a straight line through the map, capturing all 3 points and killing all resistence, nearly alone (a few guys popped up and died). We were in teamspeak together, laughing and screaming after the first point. Still is in my Stats: 21 points in one life, no idea how many kills... 15 or so? 2 Übercharges for him... glorious, complete carnage.

Or maybe that one time where i was getting my record in killings.. 17 kills as Demoman. The map was MINE.

Man TF2 is fun.. maybe i should play a round hm hm...

My best match was on dustbowl. playing as a Soldier. Didn't die once, and they didn't get anywhere near the first point. Racked up just short of 3000 points.

same with spy
just today I had an EPIC sniping spree of 48 kills in one life. one granary
also I have the moments of greatness as demoman where I shoot a pill and it just lands right on target.

I was a demoman in 2 fort, they had taken our briefcase, so I gave chase and killed him on the bridge going into their territory. From there I managed to defend the briefcase something like 26 times in a row just by placing stickys, which gave me a hefty score. I was quite proud of that match.

I also call shenanigans. I was checking the scoreboard a while back and there was no 3000 points...Maybe he was using a different system, becuase I play on xbox. But I still call shenanigans as the highest points I saw were somewhere around 1300 or something..maybe he was trying to type 300 and accidentally added another 0. but youd still have to be verreh good to get that, So I /cheer him.

Also my best moment as a spy was when there was a huge pileup in the corridor seperating the battlements from the inside, and I was at the back...and It was the ENEMY base...There was at least six guys there...oh, their yells of pain as I ploughed through each one so fast none of them even had a chance to turn around. Then two idiot snipers were lined up on the battlements side by side, and hadnt noticed the yells somehow...STABBY STABBY DEATH KILL BLOOD WAHEY. end result - eight kills in the space of about ten seconds. My best TF2 moment, about ever. Then of course, as I was taunting them for the after-kill cam, I sorta lost track of my taunts and they all respawned...and since I was stuck between both respawn points it was a very "Hey fellas...so...hows abouut that weath-ARGGHHHHH AGH JESUS CHRIST THE PAINNZZZZZ" Moment. Still, if it takes eight guys to finish off one spy, each of them dying once...

2fort is the best map even if your not a spy.

just had a game where I build all my gear in enemy intel room was pretty funny. had our scouts teleporting straight in grabbing enemy intel loads. and I kept stopping our intel from being handed in. if you have your back to a corner as an engie theres nothing a spy can do really, its very overpowered.

I always play combat engie, running around thier base, trying to set up. usually failing but its funner than camping in your own base.

best runs I get on spy there is just farming the snipers on top deck, it only takes 1 or two enemies on the bridge and sewer to make it impossible to get into enemy base as spy on 2fort. I don't think it is the best spy map, but I do best on it because I know the map so well.

Really? i think its a great spy map - just depends how well you know how to use a spy. In my good round I was zipping around stealthily, Cloaked for the more dangerous bits and disguised around the dumb guys, Just chopping my way through, occasionally getting into a knife or gun fight when a backstab went wrong. Farming snipers was just for when I got bored :p I even went into their intel room as a spy and didnt grab the intel. Instead, just to be stylish, I made it look like I was a heavy defending the intel. And the room was PACKED with enemies, becuase we were two up and their defense was rape. Eventually I just got bored, grabbed the intel, backstabbed two of em and pegged it before anyone knew what the fuck happened. Also if you have trouble getting into their base my tactic as a spy for breaching it is going onto the battlements, staying behind the metal wall, disguising, then cloaking and quickly jumping off and running across the no mans land between your base and the enemys. If your quick enough you have more than enough cloak to get across and a little left over in case theres anyone in the entrance you need to stealth around to stab
or run away from. remember this.

2Fort, I was a scout. It was me vs. a team of 8. I didn't die once, got around 50 pts and won the match. Was crazy awesome. Circle strafing heavies is fun as heck. Boink!

Not my best game but I got two headshots on what I think was the same Scout in a row, while he was double jumping.

As a KritzKrieg Medic, I Kritz'd 14 times and racked up 132 kill assists, with 23 solo kills. Forgot the point total.
