I have a few car models, which I don't build anymore. It's a very expensive hobby.
I also built those neat 3-D puzzles for a long time, the biggest of which was a 3500+ piece monstrosity depicting downtown Manhattan, WTC included. Pretty huge, had to take them all apart when i moved from my last place.

I have posters... not just any posters, though. I've got one for Prototype, Fallout 3, Jon Petrucci, Family Force 5, Hot Fuzz, Paul Blart Mall Cop, Traitor, Flight of the Conchords, and Homestar Runner. So yeah my bedroom is like an anti-sex chamber. I've got some weird posters that would freak people out.

unopened bud light beer bottles from every year since i turned 21, only since 2004... but there have been label changes... well that and all the empty alcohol bottles I drank in college, filled with water and highlighter ink.. in-front of blacklights.
ive got lots and lots of stolen military gear from uniforms to canteens to tools to IFF transmitters if its been lying around the local military base chances are ive got it

I have a small collection of polymer-based composite materials.
About 25 or so different samples from my co-op work term two years ago. Most of them made with water quenched slag from municipality waste incinerator ashes and polymer resin, with the slag ranging from 10~75% by weight.

A Tails plush toy and a stuffed wolf toy (whom both sit next to my bed), a fleece Tails cosplay hat, a rusty break shoe from a railcar that I found lying next to a railroad line in northern Minnesota, and the lens of a frog's eye that I obtained while dissecting a frog in 7th grade science class.
Not as weird as some other things in this topic, but I know some would find me strange if they found those while in my room.

around 2000 comics, including Crisis on infinite earths first edition, perfect condition, Civil War absolute, Kingdom Come Absolute, several absolutes in fact.
Around 30 manga books
figurines, almost everywhere
an acoustic guitar
my computer (which my friends call "the enterprise bridge")
a chinese sword
a napoleonic style saber
games everywhere
physics and science books (many on evolution)
so yeah, they have to enter and just pick one thing, or several
add to that a large collection of B class movies
EDIT: Damn I keep finding things that people migth consider odd, add a small fossil collection including a dinosaur tooth. This reminds me of my old (very religious) roommate who actually destroyed one of my books, stating that they were full of lies

A dozen or so deadpool TPbs, a figure of Raiden from MGS2 complete with re-breather mask in a very showtunesy pose, a gun rack made of deer parts and assorted gaming swag (lunchboxes, bobbleheads etc.)
Not extremely odd, but I have a small collection of mini ghosts.
