Avtech (Vector) WX-3, 600 HP package (the 1200 HP Twin Turbo wouldn't be street legal in the slightest, sadly)

A car that is built with aerodynamic parts and a unique flap honeycombed frame; if not for the engine block, it would weigh considerably less than a Dodge Neon, but with over 4 times the acceleration.

From what I saw, the handling is superb since it's built to stick to the ground, and has a drag profile much lower than any car its size.
That, and it looks amazing (in my opinion).
