In all seriousness, obligatory 'My current girlfriend'. I'm not just saying that, she fit my criteria from the moment I met her. Extremely intelligent, witty, a little on the cynical side, somebody who's on equal footing with me in the relationship. That'd all be fine alone to make me happy to be with her, but she happens to be absolutely gorgeous as well. Plus we share a good number of interests, to the point that we haven't run out of things to talk about in the year and a half that we've known each other. So... looks, brains, and wit. Exactly what I look for in a significant other, and I found someone who fits all the criteria.

Beautiful eyes, any color, very intelligent and using that intelligence instead of just sitting on it. Able to be active, willing to go out and camp or try new things fairly often, both that I suggest and that she suggests.

A sweet ass (gotta be honest) and since we're on the subject, not a virgin, I'd like a girl that enjoys sex, the same way that I would enjoy the sex that we would eventually have- not for her to be pure or something when I am CERTAINLY anything but pure. Though, we can build.

In rather good shape, not looking for runway model or olympian athlete- or even necessarily 'thin' but just an appearance that shows that she takes care of herself.

OT: I already met my dream girl. She's smart, funny, nice, talented (sings and plays guitar), and she likes the Beatles.

Unfortunatly, she has a boyfriend (and I think it's quite the dick move to break up a relationship for personal gain), and I'm nowhere good enough for her.

The more you tell yourself that you're not good enough for her the more you will continue to be "not good enough for her."

Start telling yourself that you have value, that you love her more than this other guy, that you will treat her better than this other guy, and that HE is not good enough for HER. What you tell yourself really DOES affect what you believe about your reality.

The thing is I don't have value. We're in our senior year, and she'll be heading off to some prestigious college (like I said she's brilliant), while I'll be stuck at home (due to a meh GPA, thanks to laziness that borders on mental illness). I have this fear that I'll ruin her life if we did start dating.

Say things went perfect, and she left her boyfriend to be with me, and we were perfect for each other, what then? If she stayed home to be with me, I'd hate myself forever.

So, while being with her would make me happier than anything else in the world, it's better that I keep my mouth shut.

You DO have value... potential value. You said it yourself, "thanks to laziness that borders..." You don't have some kind of learning disability, you have no desire to learn! Think about this rationally for a second:

Supposed: "If I had value, demonstrated by X, then I could fulfill my desire of being with this woman and making her happy which would make me happy."

Problem: "I do not perceive myself as having value because I can not demonstrate X"

Solution: "Develop an education, work ethic, or other (set of) tool(s) which allow the demonstration of X."

If you really love this woman then you're going to WANT to bust ass for her. You're going to WANT to protect her and offer an environment where you can enjoy each other's company. You are going to WANT to take her from this man who can not love her the same way that you can.

It sounds to me like you have a fear of your own potential. You're afraid of actually committing to something because you believe that you will either fail at your task or fall short of the goals you set for yourself. As a result you just sit back and let the world pass you by.

Use your love for this woman to propel you forward. Stop masturbating... use that sexual energy to do something creative. I guarantee that your life will improve one hundred fold.
