Well in the spirit of saying something useful (although I would do sinful things to her if given the chance and for the record she was born in '79 so no she aint 14, she just plays one on TV. HIGH FIVEZ!)

Ok so in a hypothetical "Im walking down the street, trip over a claymore and bump into the perfect girl" (damn those Spetznas bastards and their cunning use of urban claymores!) She would be:

5'3"
Black hair with green or blue eyes (dont mind which as along as its a deep shade)
Decent figure which is in proportion to a 32C chest (although I will accept 32B)
