My favorite anime of the big three has to be One Piece, but I'm in love with Baccano! too. (The exclamation is in the name so shut up)

I would have to agree with you on Gurren Lagann. Also Witchblade. And no it's not sexist because I'm a girl and love it.

I do watch other anime but those are my top two. Hands down.

I'm a HUGE clannd fan, so you can easily tell that my favorite are the Clannad and Clannad Afterstory series.

Its just so CUTE, has awesome drama, a awesome cast and can easily cry over.

My other favorites are Elfen Lied and Baccano!

Although to be honest I don't watch a lot of Anime. Samurai Champloo is basically the only series I have watched more than 3 episodes of.

Haven't been real big on Anime, but my favorite anime movie so far was Castle in the Sky.

As for series, I grew up mostly on DragonBall Z and One Piece.

This is mine, Gurren Lagann is such an amazing anime, i just wish it was longer.

Only thing is, I don't agree with you on the "I wish it was longer" front. Gurren Lagann was perfectly paced; there wasn't a single wasted moment in the entire show. EVERY DAMN MOMENT was important, even the craptacularily-animated fourth episode. There wasn nothing in there that didn't need to be in there and likewise, everything that needed to be in there was in there. If it was longer, that would imply unimportant filler, which would ruin the whole thing.

Hmm... that's a bit hard to call, but if I had to guess, I'd probably go with Excel Saga. As if my avatar wasn't enough of a hint.

Then again, there's Outlaw Star, Yu Yu Hakusho, Afro Samurai, Death Note, Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt, and Dragonball. Yes, Dragonball, not Dragonball Z. I actually prefer the original series to Z.

Mine would be Baccano, followed closely by Gurren Lagann and Clannad. Baccano has amazing story, characters and a great use of noir. Gurren Lagann is just pure awesomeness, and Clannad is one of the few animes to actually make me tear up a little.
