I´d agree with quite a lot of mentions here, from Hellboy to Crowley but just to add something to the list, I´m quite surprised this one hasn´t come up before:

I´m not really sure if the Pale man qualifies as a demon but in all honesty, he is one of the scariest things I´ve seen (even though he doesn´t seem to be such a big deal in the grand scheme of things)...

Fuck. You ninja'd me almost word for word. He might just be a monster, but he certainly acts like some sort of gluttony demon, at least going by the murals in his feast room.

And fuck if I've ever seen something in a movie as terrifying as him. Most movie monsters have to rely on not being visible to build fear and tension. The fact that you can see him and the way he moves is what makes him scary.
