Questionable Content and XKCD are funny as hell and update pretty consistently.
If you liked Persona 3 then P3FTW is a great take on the game. It just finished up the final battle today.
Right now for me Dr.McNinja takes the cake, it has off the wall humor and action.It's gone a bit down hill since it become colored but it's still good.

Its about a speak-easy in the 1920's, how they struggle to survive both the police and rival gangs.
Its highly humoristic, violent, extremely well drawn and the writer knows her history.
And best of all.. Everyone is cats! Wheeee!

Penny Arcade and XKCD. The former because Jerry Holkins' writing style is the sort of writing that makes me burn with rage wishing I had even an eighth of his talent. The latter because Randall Munroe is so sharp, so on the ball, so clever, that I secretly hate him from sheer jealousy even as I enjoy his work.
I read a few on a regular basis.
