Pretty much any Arnold Schwarzenegger quote.
To name a few:
"My name is Freeze; learn it well, for it's the chilling sound of your doom."
"If they don't have the guts, I call them girlie men."
"I'll be back."
"Sue me, dickhead."
"If it bleeds, we can kill it."
Etc. etc. etc.

Oh my and I thought all the quote threads had died, well pleasant surprise, I could supply you with 11 pages of quotes but that would be a rather Unstoppable Wall of Text and I don't wanna do that to you people.

Anyway my favorite as of lately has to be "When you get to the gates of Heaven, Kick the gates open."

Peace, War, Love, Hate, Chaos, and Greed

Here, I'll ruin the mood with a serious quote:

"A government is the most dangerous threat to man's rights: it holds a legal monopoly on the use of physical force against legally disarmed victims."

-Ayn Rand
Mood killed? Good.

"Those who have come here to hate should leave now. For in their hate, they only betray themselves."
~ Sword of Truth series.
It goes like that. I don't remember the exact wording.

'The only true good is knowlegde, as the only true evil is ignorance!'
Sokrates.
'There is neither good nor evil, but thinking make it so.'
Shakespear.

No before you comment on how these quotes oppose each other i will reason that they do not refer to the same definicion of good and evil, as Sokrates refer to the human good and evil, wich is not absolut, but part of the human ethic.
Shakespear on the other hand refer to the christian good/evil wich is an all true good, and an absolut corruption in evil. Kinda like the Jedi and Sith in Star Wars.

'The truth...it is a beautiful and terrible thing, and should therefore be treated with great caution.'

'I would assume that you were going to offer me refreshment, but the evidence so far suggests that that would be optimistic to the point of foolishness.'

'A true friend stabs you in the front.' - Wilde

'Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.' - Wilde

'If you wish to forget anything on the spot, make a note that this thing is to be remembered.' - Poe

'I have great faith in fools ? self-confidence my friends will call it.' - Poe

Kudos if you know the two first ones. And I can't remember my definite favourite, but these are some of the ones that I like, at least.

According to facebook these are:

My more profound and esoteric ones:
"The greatest pain is in times of sorrow to remeber what it is to be happy" - Dante Alegieri

"As the sparrow sings dawn chorus for someone else to hear the Thinker sits alone growing older and so bitter" - David Bowie

"You will never be happy if you continue to search for what happiness consists of. You will never live if you are looking for the meaning of life." - Alber Camus

"We always deceive ourselves twice about the people we love - first to their advantage, then to their disadvantage." - Albert Camus

"To assert in any case that a man must be absolutely cut off from society because he is absolutely evil amounts to saying that society is absolutely good, and no-one in his right mind will believe this today." -Albert Camus

"Truly fertile Music, the only kind that will move us, that we shall truly appreciate, will be a Music conducive to Dream, which banishes all reason and analysis. One must not wish first to understand and then to feel. Art does not tolerate Reason." - Albert Camus

And my more comdic ones:

"I am vegetarian. I'm not hardcore though, i mean i eat lots of meat." - Tim Minchin

"I will award a penny to the student who brings me the longest essay. Irrespectable of Merit."

"She generally gave herself very good advice, (though she very seldom followed it)" Lewis Carol In fact anything that man has written.

Is it arrogant to quote yourself? Oh well.

'Proverbs are truths we all instinctively know put into words.'
- me

Think about it for a second.
