Mother Thereasa from Fable 2. Don't you dare tell me otherwise! I checked out the Wiki-theory, and it all checks out! Her skin does get ashy-gray by the end of the game.

For Villains I have to mention Ganondorf for appearing as the antagonist in the majority of Zelda games, for just having the sheer determination to not freaking die (or for Miyamoto's determination to not have a new villain). Special mention also has to go to Sephiroth for scaring my childhood by killing Aeris and Sauron from the Lord of the Rings.

Kreia from Kotor 2 was a great vilain. She made you question what was good and what was bad. Then she turned on you because you were pathethic.

Frollo, as he was an evil bastard. i loved that movie, i saw it last year because it came on the tv in the christmas vacation.
Palpatine, as he was an evil bastard that should be thrown into 1 of jabba´s frog drinks, 1 body part at a time.
Sephiroth, as he was an evil badass bastard that "just" wanted to destroy the planet. with his uber looks and 7-foot sword. and his über theme song. srsly, he got the powers OF A GOD. he could kill cloud with a clap with 1 hand. when does he stop playing with him and kills him.
Arthas Menethil/The Lich King. he looks god damm awesome and he got the greatest ingame voice of all time. and he got the best looking and most powerful sword of all time. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8C-HZ0jyvAc for an example of his voice.

Every form of media has them, games, films, TV, the villains that are so likeable that they could eat a puppy and you'd still like them, so here's my favourite ones.

Agent Smith - The Matrix Trilogy
Spike - Buffy The Vampire Slayer
King Bohan - Heavenly Sword
Oh yes, Smith. I'll never forget: Human beings are a disease, a cancer of this planet. You're a plague and we are the cure.

Frollo from Disney's Hunchback of Notre Dame. He killed innocent people, he enslaved a young man, he's an old man that lusted over young women, and he sings the most epic song ever sung.

Yeah, it's a cartoon, but it's a damn good movie. It's more for adults than kids anyway. I didn't even get it when I was a kid. Take out those three talking gargoyles and you've got a really badass movie.
other than him there's jaffar, the pharoah from prince of egypt, ah the list could go on. but of the villains in my childhood that weren't from some cissyfied disney film or such i would have to say the best one is triangle head. or were you the villain in that game? are you the villain in every GTA game? damn i hate how these things make me think. oh well. i also liked saren. and nihilus for that matter (rip)

Liquid Snake, because he's just so persistent! You blow him up in both a helicopter and the Metal Gear, fistfight with him and knock him off of Metal Gear's wreckage, fight him in a jeep with your own jeep mounted machine gun, and he STILL doesn't die from the resulting wreck. He is then killed by FoxDie, yet he still lives on through Ocelot afterward!

even Sauron had to be "nice" to the elves to obtain the one ring.
actually, Sauron didn't need them to make the one ring. He made it by himself. He taught the elves the ring craft so he could dominate them. He also decieved them
Sauron gets my vote since he is the representation of the devil
and I do no there are a ton of awesome villains out there, Sauron gets my vote because I think he is the most pure evil of most of them

I forgot that promise I made myself, don't talk LoTR around fans, only messing thanks for the correction :p

My vote is still the wolf from Never Ending Story, hearing his monologue about supporting the "nothing" terrified me as a child.
"SHOW YOUESELF"
NO THANKS!

Luckily I had a pillow for protection.

Speaking games: Robotnik from Sonic the Hedgehog. I've never seen anyone spend so much money on crazy technologies for machines that end up biting him in the ass. Like a new age Will E. Coyote. Dr. Robotnik is a huge failure and it amuses me.

Hannibal Lecter, Heath Ledger's Joker, The Arbiter (Halo Wars not regular one), Darth Vader, Jason Voorhees and Catherine Tremmel... these people would all hang out at a villain club.

I'd have to go with Kain from the soul reaver series. Conversations with him are a pleasure for my ears.
