Although the role I respect him most for, is Full Metal Alchemist, he plays the lead character Edward Elric.

I also enjoy the voice work of Takashi Kondo, mainly for his part in Hitman Reborn as Hibari Kyoya, Fong and Alaude.

To add to this, I believe that he sang the opening sequences for DNAngel and One Piece.

I really like Tara Strong. She's talented and very adorable ^_^ I wanna give her a big squeeze.
Tom Kenny is also very talented, as is Seth McFarlene.
Steve Blume has a sexy voice.

oh, and James Arnold Taylor, who a few people will probably disagree with.

Alot of my favorites have already been named.

I'll include Ali Hillis the voice behind Lightning from Final Fantasy XIII and Liara from Mass Effect. I would love for her to voice female Hawke.

Honorable mention also goes out to Jessica Straus who voices Juri in Super Street Fighter IV.

An obscure choice, maybe, but Michael Shapiro gets a spot near the top of my list.
To this day the opening lines of G-Man in Half Life 2 are embedded in my mind, 6 years after, like no other voice acting I have ever heard... *shudder*

... and then there is the contrast he provides with his Barney voice, of course...
