I like onomatopoetikon. Which is the word for "sound-words" like BLAM! Wooooosh!

Other than that I am a big fan of orange, because of MI3 :p

I've got loads of them, but I know that one of lewism247's favourite words is me saying "Turlet".

My personal favourite is probably "Equivalent" or "Bastard". :)

Indeed.

It's just such a good word to say.
indeed.

*can't agree more*

Indeed
In-deed. Spoken very slowly and very drawn out. Or, for even more emphasis: in-fucking-deed!

Also: "splendid", as British as it gets. And: "chop-chop", although that's admittedly not a word

For those paying attention at home, my favourite word is PHANTASMAGORIA!
How strange, the first time i ever came across this word was this morning, while reading The Golden Compass. And now this, it must be a sign.

To quote Donnie Darko

"Cellar-Door"

Just say it aloud...
I did, and it sounds like 'Sell-A-Door'. I'm having a blast :).

As for me, I don't really have a word that is a favourite or that I tend to over-use. Usually once I find out about a word that I tend to say too much, I start using other words. I guess I'd like to stay unpredictable :)

I love the whole English language, and feel that singling out individual parts of it would be unfair to the idioms I left out. I actively try to make use of as many obscure, archaic and unusual words and phrases as possible within normal conversation, making the vast majority of my comments on any point quite outrageously verbose.

Although due to recent abuses within that language I so enjoy speaking in, 'literally' can go and fuck a landmine. That word and I are no longer communicating with one another.

Don't get onto me about it not being in the dictionary. This doesn't say favorite proper english word. Just word.
