Oh, so many....

Bugger.
You can pronounce it like the Brits' "bugguh/buggah", or purely Americanized "bugger". Though, personally, I tend to fold it into wholly new words like "buggerall" or the more often used "sonuvabuggerall".

Callipygian.
What's there to say? I like 'em, and I cannot lie.

Antiestablishmentarian.
Yes, I spelled that correctly, as I do NOT agree with the combination of church and state as a single entity, which would make me an antidisestablishmentarian, but I do agree with one's right to have beliefs contrary to that of the accepted norms of society.

Stadtangehörigkeitsfeststellungsverfaren is my favorie word (probably spelled it wrong though) It's German and means "citizenship test"
then you love that i just passed my test to get my Flurförderfahrzeugfahrberechtigungsausweis :p ( forklift licence)
plus you are missing a H in -verfahren
yap thats a fun thing in our language, composed words have no limit if you want it.
lets have a try:

Schiffahrtskapitänsmützenproduktionsstättenbesitzershausvorgartenzierschmuckstatue.
( a statue that is used as ornament in the front garden of the house owned by the owner of a factory producing caps for seeship-captains)

I've recently grown rather attached to the word "****".

It's the perfect insult.

An asshole can still be awesome, but a **** is, well, just a ****.

(Holy crap that last sentence sounds really suggestive).

Awesome. I use it so much nowadays my friend and I use it as nicknames for each other. It works in every situation all the time. "That was such a delightfully awesome game of cricket, wasn't it ol' chap?" See? Works every time.

Hasn't this been done already? oh well...

My favorite word is Conflagration. I don't use it much because it makes me sound crazy, but it's quite possibly the perfect word...

Bwahahahaha!!

"Dwagon".
It was the last thing one of my D&D players' characters saw and heard in their life, and the follow up from that encounter was hilarious. (Specifically, the "Adopt a Cleric" foundation).

It's been my favorite since.
