For me, legit "love" takes time. So really I can only say for real...one so far.

It didn't end well but I'm learning from it still. Messed me up? Yeah but changed me? Yeah, for better and for worse, depending on what I take away from it anyway.

Maybe number two will come around soon, but really by then (if it's to be legit) I won't be thinking numbers, just only one.

My first love was not but a year ago. Before that, I was essentially asexual, but... I don't know, she got me somehow.

Of course I regret things now, because my current girlfriend was eying me then and my relationship with my ex wasn't exactly healthy...
And the breakup just tore me up inside for months, which my current girlfriend thankfully helped me out of. So my first love was my worst love, and I feel nothing for her now. But hey, live and learn.

Never had one, probably never will. That does not mean I will not reproduce though.

I've only ever had a crush, just one. I was in first grade, believe it or not, and she'd been in my kindergarten class and rode the same bus I did. I moved away with my family after second grade and wished I'd told her. It took until somewhere around a year after my family had moved away to realize it wasn't love but I still wished I'd told her, and that taught me to take chances and not hold things back. (I still wish I'd told her.)

I wouldn't say I have ever loved a girl, but I unfortunately have told women that I love them when I was backed into a corner and/or they misuderstood what I meant when I used the word "love" (long story) and then was immediately backed into same corner.

I have the unfortunate problem of-to put it bluntly- getting bored of the same relationship after a while.

I have grown to care about a girl, but I would not yet consider myself in love with anyone.

Except Emma Watson.

She's a babe.

Love? no

Crush? yup, ALL THE TIME. well, used to.

now I've come to the conclusion being single and happy will do me way more good. that, and I'm a soulless, remorseless, unattractive asian freak of nature.

Mine was a simple school kid crush. I asked her out. She said yes. Then sent her friend to tell me she changed her mind.

Ah, my first love...
Good times, good times. Well, times aren't over yet, we're a couple for 5 years.
And somehow didn't get to have sex yet. Aren't we one in a bajillion teenagers?
My first crush however, that's what fucked me up..
Which is why I now have a girlfriend! HAH! Take that, you evil good looking yet bitchy first-crush lady!

Um... I'm not actually sure. My first girlfriend was a pretty shoddy attempt on both our parts in year 7 or something, so I'll not even bother with that. My first 'love' would be the girlfriend I dumped after 3 or 4 weeks. I still don't know what I was thinking during that time period. My last girlfriend was also a pretty shoddy attempt, although this time all on my part.

I wouldn't say I've ever actually loved someone though; given that I'm 16, it's not a bad thing.

The first girl I loved? Made me think bad about myself and think about what I did wrong. Was I too slow for the relationship? Not loving enough? Not her type? A dick?

2 times we went out. Both times she ended it. Never explained why.

...

I'm sad now.

Calumon: *gentle hug*
:( *hugs*

Sounds familiar. First time, pulled me out of depression, second time she sent me into it by leaving me for a total **** on Valentine's day. Smooth.
Shoulda gone all Return of White Rabbit [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2dm2q2MIHnY] on his ass.

She was... fit, pretty, smarter than me, lived far away... and she was taken. Yet she still cheated on him with me the second time I came to visit. I never saw her again.

I am currently completely in love with my first love. And she loves me. I could not be happier. I have no idea what the future holds, but I hope we can be together for a long time.

First time I fell in love was when I was 19 and living abroad in England. I met this girl there, a lesbian and 10 years older than me, and the thing with lesbians is that they aren't really into guys all that much. We became really, really close friends, and it took me a while to finally come to terms with the fact that I was in love with her. I knew nothing could ever come of it, and that helped me from getting in WAY too much over my head, but it still sucked.

I eventually told her, and things kind of unraveled from there. Still friends now, but nowhere near as close.

My first requited love happened last year, in my first year of university. She was great, and we made a fantastic pair. It was really something special, it just didn't work out at around the 4 month mark. Took me a while to figure out what went wrong (I guess you just cant help but obsess over a broken heart), but it felt like I had an epiphany when I finally figured it out. That really allowed me to "bury the hatchet" and move on.

I'm actively seeking out my next romance right now, but something tells me that I can't just go out looking for it and "it will find me when it's ready". LAAAAAAAME :p

I thought I had been in love in the past but it wasn't until my last girlfriend that I really knew that I was in love. In fact, we've been broken up for close to 6 months now and I still love her. I know it all probably sounds a bit mushy but whenever I hear about how well she's doing or anything like that I still feel really proud of her. I do wish I was still with her but the fact is that we cannot force somebody to love us back.

first love im like 70% sure liked me as well, but being 13 neither of us had the confidence to actually say it to the other. pretty much every other girl since then has either not liked me or turned out to be somewhat unhinged.

good times
