Hmmm, It was either Pokemon Yellow, or a demo of Final Fantasy VIII that I got at Pizza Hut, when they were givin' away Playstation demo discs... Promptly after playing the FFVIII demo for the gazllionth time, I got my mom to buy me FFVII, thinking it took place before what I saw in the demo.

Mine was probably Super Mario RPG for the SNES. Such tasty goodness... I had never encountered anything resembling an RPG before that point.

YES this game is the single best game of any genre EVAR! controlable crits, diffucult and fun one of the best mario games out there aswell, and in what other game does the hero get to team up with his arch nemesis? shame theres not a whole lotta replay value
