My guilty pleasure is watching Dexter, that show is totally awesome and twisted. I come from a sheltered life so its not something my family would exactly like me watching. But the writing is so smart and it makes you think about some really deep stuff.

How is Dexter a guilty pleasure, that's kinda like saying my guilty pleasure is playing games as the anti-hero (God of War, GTA, ect). Come on man you can dig deeper than that. Hell I read that one guy on this thread was a furry or another was psychopath. Or at least he said he list traits of psychopathy.

I do things and function normally but I would rather sit and waste away my time happily not having to do anything.

Musically, i assume most of us describe ourselves as being into one genre of music.
For example, i'd say i'm into Metal, more notably Deathcore/Deathmetal/Tech Metal

However, i also like other genres that i like to think of as my guilty pleasure,
For example, i'm heavily into David Bowie and Elton John, which really doesn't inkeep with my "metal" image, and thus i tend to play this down when talking to others about my musical tastes.

I was wondering if and of you are similar to this.
If so, what are your guilty pleasures? (Musically, and in general )

You shouldn't be ashamed about liking Bowie because hes the fucking man theres no one like Bowie in all of rock music. Theres many imitators who take from all points of his career whether it was looks or the type of music he was playing but none are as good as Bowie is. If your metalhead friends can't look past his image too bad for them.

OT: I however enjoy an episode or two of Glee every once in a while. On the musical front however I enjoy the occasional pop-punk band such as Paramore, Say Anything, etc.
