My guilty pleasure is watching Dexter, that show is totally awesome and twisted. I come from a sheltered life so its not something my family would exactly like me watching. But the writing is so smart and it makes you think about some really deep stuff.

Me too. Well, I don't try to act all tough and manly, but OHSHC is a guilty pleasure of mine. I also secretly enjoy listening to some Slipknot songs. I always go around hating on hardcore but some of it, I quite like. I guess deep inside, no matter how hard I don't try to suppress it, I am still an angsty teenager. I also listen to Lady Gaga. And I enjoy it.

I have no guilty pleasures, but only because I am up front about what I like, no matter how embarrassing. Honestly don't see the point in being embarrassed about liking something.

I typically listen to metal, power metal, Violindustrial, symphonic metal, darkwave... Things that kind of fit into those and similar categories

To relax I use the Laced side of Emilie Autumn's Laced/Unlaced CD, which is essentially Baroque, Classical, and original compositions for violin, cello, harpsichord, and some guitar and flute. It's pretty amazing, and incredibly not metal. The Unlaced side is... Original compositions showing off her skills on the electric violin.

My favorite thing to do for my guilty pleasure is bake muffins while drinking tea (Raspberry White, Pomegranate White, Lady Grey, Chai, etc). And if not that, sitting in a semi-well lit room with a blanket, big ass cup of tea, and The Asylum For Wayward Victorian Girls. I don't like most of my friends knowing that I'm semi-domesticated. Kinda kills my street cred...

In general, I'd say Cafe World (one of those horrible zynga games on fb)... I'm up to level 83, and I think I might have a problem. Though I do wish I could really run a spaceship themed restaurant...

I've always thought the idea of a guilty pleasure is a bit of a wierd one. You are simultaneously saying that there is something enjoyable about it, but it is also bad. Surely if you enjoy it (in an unironic way, and not a so bad its good way) then it can't be that bad.
