I can't really think of an actual song that's not in a video game. I'm pretty sure if I was in a war I'd play it out like a bloody game anyways just to cope with the stress.

With that, appropriately the Last Stand song is the helicopter sceene from Modern Warfare 2, seeing as that IS a last stand.
