Hmm.
I'd have to say a nice box of Scooby Doo Macaroni.
Mmmmm, got to love Scooby Doo Mac N Cheese.
I'd have Cherry Coke to drink.

And Bad Religion and NoFX playing while I eat.

Yes, I'm serious, Scooby Doo Macaroni.
It's good...
Hey I can't knock the Scooby-Doo macaroni! That stuff's freaking good!

What would your last meal be? Oven roasted lambchops with garlic beans, potatoes and broccoli/bacon salad served with Uvello Dolce white wine. For desert: Italian home made Rum-raisin icecream with roasted almonds and Irish coffee..
Who would prepare the food? A spectacular restaurant that I know.
Who would you invite? Bill Hicks, and my friends.
Would there be music, and if so, what? Pink Floyd tunes.

Ahh this makes me wish the death-sentence :p

my dad's barbequed porksteak--on the bone still; it's best that way--a big pile of mom's balsamic-bacon butterbeans, sweet-potato biscuits, and an ice-cream topped cookie--one of mom's big chocolate-chip/pecan ones--for desert. We'd drink Jammaiccan crabs.
Who would you invite? Jesus. Shortly thereafter the Bible would mysteriously be amended to include the coda that an offering of chocolate-chunk/pecan cookies is a suitable stand-in for prayer.
Awesome answer!! That menu sounds amazing! Not quite sure how your mum prepares balsamic-bacon butterbeans, but it's an inspiration for my brunch today, so thank you! Also the coda that cookies be a stand-in for prayer is pure genius, poetry, and slight blasphemy rolled into one deliciously holy sounding idea. Thank you for that!
xD Oh it is! my parents are amazing in the kitchen! The butterbeans are really easy to make (the following recipe will make three cans, which feeds our family of five, three of whom are men)--just cook some bacon, about three strips per can of beans if you're using the fat kind of bacon, cook it until it's done the way you like, then set the bacon aside on a papertowel to drain, and crumble it up. Keep the grease in the pan. In with that, melt half a stick of butter and saute some diced onions and a little bit of garlic. when the onions are done, dump in the beans and fold them gently in until they are done and start to get soft. Then take the balsamic vinegar and add it liberally until the beans darken in color. There's supposed to be a sort of mushy 'sauce' of broken beans and grease and vinegar; that's normal. Cook them until that thickens, folding in the bacon before serving it. Enjoy with barbeque, or as an amazing lunch.

And thank you! I'm thrilled to have inspired someone! But seriously, my mother's cookies would Satan repent.

I actually just got done serving Brunch about an hour ago, before you replied with the recipe, but I made them really damn similar to what you described! However, I made a reduction with the juice from the beans and the balsamic, then drizzled that over the whole shebang, but if it's cool with you, (and your parents), I might try your way in the near future, they were a huge hit!

For ironies sake I'd have a Happy Meal. Otherwise I'd have grilled goats cheese on a bed of salad, followed by beef wellington with Madeira sauce, Sortied (spelling?) potatoes, peas, gravy, etc. And for pudding I'd have an almond pavlova with grapes and whipped cream.

As for guests, well, my friends, family etc.
And for music, none.
The chef would be Brian form the restaurant I used to work in.

Sure, the more the merrier!

Oooh, balsamic reduction is so good!!! Have you ever tried it on roasted sweet-potato cubes? If you really let it soak in, it's awesome!

A bottle of bourbon, some smokes, and Season 2 episode 38 (Safe) of House M.D. After that, some B.B. King. Pop a few pills and listen to the sweet sounds of Lucille.

Very nice! Idyllic, manly, and slightly wistful, with a twist of noir to keep it smooth. I like it!
