That would be Final Fantasy 10. The 4 of us played basically 3 days straight. I also played Mass Effect 2 through in one single session. What can i say both brilliant games :p.

I've pulled gaming sessions that were longer than 15 hours before but I do not know the length of my longest. However, most of them happened on weekends with friends; I do not regret those. But gaming played a big part of my longest bout with insomnia in which I went to work three times between sleeps; I very much regret those days.

24 Hours of WOW Battlegrounds. But this was back when the que's were an hour or two to get into AV, Kept grinding over and over then slept the whole next day.

No pain but. No health concern, done when I was about 18.

Was in a better health condition than I was now even though I wasn't as strong.

I guess my will was more powerful than my body, and thus my mind overpowered my sense of pain.

Don't regret it. It was back then, an awe inspiring experience. Though with the ease of short que's and the change of PVP with +resilience, it has not been the same thrilling experience.

I'm gonna be the pathetic one here, my longest gaming session was somewhere around 6 hours, with Batman: Arkham Asylum.

One of these days, though, the Infinite Setlist in Rock Band 2 will be MINE. As will the Iron Bladder achievement.

When i was young and able we had some LAN-Marathons sometimes. I think once we played pretty much two days straight (and i mean 48 hours). People were sleeping scattered across the rooms, others were half-deliriously fragging shit in Quake 3 and Half-Life or filling themselves with coffeine and greasy, cold pizza. Absolutely glorious, fun days.

But of course now i can't do it for that long anymore (yeah, i know: That's what she said *g*)

Don't regret it.

'Bout 12-14 hours on Banjo Tooie way back in the day. Basically I got up, ate breakfast, played, ate, played, went to bed. I don't really get that opputunity any more. Some good times though. 'cept for canary mary. The last fucking jiggy, to this day eludes me...

My longest gaming session was really long and I didn't even notice it. I was playing Bioshock from 9am to 9pm. I couldn't believe it.

I once played for 14 hours straight, not counting the occasional short (i.e. 2 minute) breaks for food and restroom. In retrospect, my only regret about it is that I didn't pick a better game (I was playing RuneScape)

Longest session was probably FF8 when I got it christmas day the year it came out and played it non stop (bar a 40 minute dinner) until the 27th.

A few of the final fantasies have had that effect, but that one more than most.

I don't regret it as I've fond memories because of it.

I once did an all night long Capture The Island match with this one clan. 10 vs 10 match if I remember right. And yes, we played only one match, only one round, all night.

BEST MATCH EVER

I stayed up all night playing a Counterstrike tournament with my friends when I was about 15. Our clan started playing about 7pm then the tournament games started about 11pm, I finished at 7am and had to go to school. I was in the same class as some of my clan and we looked like utter shit. I had a massive headache and my eyes itched all day. Didn't regret it though, had a fun night.

When I started uni me and my housemate who I'd never met before played Pain on his PS3 for 8 hours straight and didn't even realise. We just looked at the clock and were like "Dude it's morning...we should probably go to bed".

My longest can't have been more than four or five hours. I just don't have the capacity to sit in front of a TV (or really, anything) for more than that. I've left a console on longer than that, and I've played more than that in the course of one day, but with very lengthy breaks.

I went on consistently for 14 hours once. That was when I was trying to get the "7 Day Survivor" Achievement in Dead Rising. You have to play consistently for 7 days(1 day = 2 hours), your health slowly depletes, no health items respawn, and bosses and survivors are all over the place in different places than they originally were and have goodies if you kill them :) Oh, and you can't save.

8 in the morning till 10:30 at night(15 min lunch and dinner)

10 hour firefight on Halo:ODST. Me and my brother were playing to see how long we could go. At the end, we both just ended up suiciding to end the misery of it all. I don't regret it now, but at that time I did.

5 of us played a 3 instrument rotation on Rock Band 2's endless setlist. After getting the bladder of steel award, we were pretty drained. 6.5 hours. A funny side effect was that after watching the scale highway for 6 hours when you looked elsewhere stuff started to move.
