Invisible Inc, because it was 6 bucks and looked like a turn based tactical stealth game, two genres I love, so why not.
How is that game? I've had it on my wish list forever and was so tempted during that sale.
Only just got to trying it now, and basically binged on it for the last day and a half (well for 5 hours total anyway).

It's pretty good. Not as good as Mark of the Ninja (there's a lot of little polish issues everywhere), but it's still pretty fun. If you pick it up, you might as well pick the DLC too, it adds some fun new toys to use (some of which I wouldn't have survived some missions without), and makes the short campaign a good chunk longer (and more difficult in the extension).

If you like tactical games, like stealth games, and enjoy roguelike style games, you'd probably get a good kick out of the game. In fact, if you liked Shadowrun Returns at all, this is like that game/series but focused on stealth rather than combat.

I don't have anything later than a PS3. I basically decided to sit this generation out. If I continue to update my gaming systems, I'll likely go PC.

I would like to see the graphical upgrades. FC4 didn't have the stuttering issues that FC3 had. I got used to it after a while, but I got to appreciate higher frame rates because of it. I can tell what I'm doing, but I'm also distracted because there should obviously be more frames being used.

I'm a little angry with myself. I upgraded a PC with an RX 480 card that cost $240. Last black Friday, for about $240, I could have gotten a gen 8 console with a game! And that was just for the card! But Gen 7 was one for the books. Outrageous length. This one is odd in that, for Sony and MS, they're claiming NO MORE Game obsolescence. When my Wii U or PS3 die, the games become coasters. But my PS4 library should play on the PS7. If there ever is one.

I hope you get/build a brag-worthy rig.

One of the last games I bought when I quit my job was Dishonored 2 and I have sadly not given it the attention it probably deserves, but it will gladly be available next time I get a sneak-stabby itch (Which is currently being fulfilled by Sniper Elite 4 which was gifted to me).

Why did I get it? Because I'm partial to stealth RPG's and I'm a fan of Dishonored 2's crisper mechanics. I like how guards notice things like open doors, or the fact that their patrol buddies are not in position which makes them actually start looking around. I've prioritized hiding bodies much more than I do in any other game, even Sniper Elite 4 where the Nazis just yell "He's dead!" and walk around for a while before going back to their patrol. Dishonored does that too but the environments are a LOT more tight knit, narrow, and everything is much closer together so unstable guard pathing over an open door and make or break that particular encounter. Bravo, Dishonored 2. Bravo.
Really loved Dishonored but got stuck, badly, at a scene where I'm in a building complex and I think I'm supposed to escape over a bridge that's lousy with enemies. Where's a BFG9000 when you need one? Until I return to it and finish the thing, Dishonored 2 has to wait.

Sniper Elite 3 on Steam is good fun. Not doe with that either. Hard to believe there has been that much visual improvement. I'll check it on youtube.
