Valve is allowed to do nudity.
They would make a nude sculpture, and not CGI porn.
With something as scrutinized as the video game industry, I think that producers should avoid nudity unless they can handle the body purely as art.
Agreed. I think it could help make a game more realistic or have more immersion, but let's be honest here, it wouldn't be used to a good extent.
I think that it should be handled with maturity, and it would be fine (naked art in games, naked females in certain situations where they would be (instead of coming out of the shower with a bathing suit on, lololol), and I think that people would jump in place for a while if penis physics existed.
In Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance, you unequip all your gear and you still have some small underwear on, but I'm sure that if your character didn't, people would play the whole game naked, or just use it to act out some fantasies involving the monsters in the game and your sorceress.
But in games involving amazon women? Yeah, they'd be topless, most likely. Sure, there'd be players like OMG BEWBS, but some people would just appreciate how it makes sense with the lore.
The body can certainly be used artistically in games, but in the end I think it would just be "Dead or Alive Beach Volleyball: Unrated!" or give fighting games the ability to tear the shirt and pants of the players involved (Which could be more realistic, and dare I say awesome if I finished a battle with half my clothing gone and bleeding and such), but it would end up with people putting Sophitia on "CPU level 1" and just ripping off her top.
My faith in humanity is low, and Rockstar includes a penis in games just to annoy people, so nudity being art is games is probably unlikely.
But anyway, they should be allowed to make the games. I just won't buy them.
