Your Personal Flaws

Some people at school get pissed off with me because "I always have to have the last word and need to make smartass comments". While I don't think being a smartass is flaw, it pisses me off because they're usually saying shit about me and when I answer back, they call me smartass.

Also, I procrastinate but get fairly good grades for the assignments and that gets on my nerves as well because I can imagine my grades if I sat down and spent a decent amount of time on my work.

I'm to aloof. I generaly am not paying attention unless the I deam a subject. To be important. I often forget the names of some of my best friends. What was I saying again? Right then to aloof, tends to draw people away from me.

My flaws? I talk a lot. I tend to piss people off. I tend to get pissed off and occasionally throw a punch or two, or throw the guy onto a desk or into lockers.

I think that actually blew my mind for a second.

Lets see where to begin....

Well, for starters I'm 90% honest, I'll lie about the little things but when it comes to everything else I'll always spill the beans. One reason why no mob family should ever hire me. One time at an interview when asked why they should hire me I said "In all honesty I don't know."

I'm persistent, and for some reason that pisses a lot of people off when I don't give up.

I take stupid bets and I'll always pay to see the flop in Texas Hold 'Em no matter how bad the cards I'm dealt are.

I'll admit to all of my flaws when people ask me "Do you know what your problem is?"

I don't understand today's current lingo with kids and the latest fads. (When did wearing a baseball hat and shades all the time in public make you cool and not the least bit likely to be a rapist.)

I never really take a side on an argument, but rather just sit in the middle and encourage people to come up with a response.

I'm slightly hypocritical. I hate it when people blast their music over their headset for other people to listen to how "awesome" their taste in music is and rant at them while I have some radio slightly playing while I talk.

I have trouble getting things out of my mind. There's a girl I've known all year in school that I can't stop thinking about.

I'll answer just about any and every question thrown at me, just look at this list.

We're not perfect; we've all got personal flaws that usually define us. A couple of mine, for example, are my overwhelming urge to correct someone when he or she uses bad grammar or pronounces something wrong; my chronic procrastination and laziness, and my lack of social skills. So, fellow escapists, what are your personal flaws?

Sounds exactly like me except I'm not a grammar nazi.
Laziness and procrastination are major problems that I have. I'm also very bad at confronting someone when a problem occurs mostly because when I do confront them they have this nasty habit of asking "Why is that a problem?" And my mind tends to freeze whenever that happens.
One of those "I can't remember what my argument is now" problems.

I'm an asocial dick. Mostly because I like truth and logic. My social network is therefor limited and so are my social skills.

I'm a sarcastic ass who often procrastinates on the most important things. I'm proud, sacrilegious and have little to no respect for authority. I'm a cold-hearted cynic who often does what is only in his best interest, and I hate 9/10ths of humanity. I've been sitting on my ass for a year and will likely do so for another, even though I know I should get into college.

But I can fucking salsa.

I'm cold, distant, and have the emotional (romantically) depth of a spoon. I don't like babys, 99.999% of humans, or close physical contact with 99% of the people I know personally (seriously I can hardly hug anyone except my mom). I have ZERO sympathy for drug addicts and alcholics (I'm not sure if that's a bad thing); however I do feel bad for the homeless. I have a huge procrastination problem, and at times I can be condescending <-that I'm trying to change

I can keep going but I don't want to.

I get stressed really easily when things don't go consistantly or how I planned them, I often distance myself from other people and prefer isolation, I have difficulty staying on one task and I have a mess of emotional issues that range from everything under the sun.

- When talking, especially when explaining things, I often lose my train or thought or stumble with words, unless I have thought of what I'm going to say beforehand
- I have very few friends, and I almost never get the chance to hang out with them. Outside of my martial arts dojo and my job, I have no social life. This has had the side effect of me becoming extremely self-obsessed, always wanting to tell other people about what I've been doing/experiencing lately, or start other me-centric conversations, but then stopping when I realize that no one would really give a shit.
- I sometimes have trouble stopping playing a game until I have "finished" a session. For example, if I die in the middle of a level, I will want to restart and not stop playing until I've finished it. If I have to go to my job/dojo when this happens, I will stop playing soon enough to be there on time, but I will feel reluctant for ending my gaming session on a crappy note (dying)
- I often get pissed whenever I fail/ screw up something. A school test, a martial arts technique, or even dying in a game. It doesn't help that my ground game is utter garbage, or that I play difficult games (Devil May Cry, Mega Man, etc.)
