it is only good for text messaging. anything else it is shit. which is kind of ironic because it is suppose to be a phone first.
my plan is finished at the end of August so I shall be switching providers.

just got a HTC Desire today. quite enjoying it

I have an HTC desire, which I almost certainly would rank higher than the iPhone (Speaking from experience).

Not to scare either of you, but I've had my Desire for just under a year and it's starting to sound very like this....

I used to really like it but it's over the hill now and insists on turning off every time it's supposed to do something.
It's a right temperamental *****.

One thing I would say to both of you is to make sure you get a task killer off the marketplace. Every App on the Desire seems to want to run constantly and it just eats up the RAM, a task killer will at least give you a bit of control over it

Yeah, after I posted that I realised yours didn't say "I just bought it", slight stupidity on my part. Out of interest, has yours been giving you any kind of problems?

Nope, not at all. I've had it for about six or seven months now, and apart from the pathetic battery, it works really well. Definitely the best phone I've ever bought.
