Most of the stuff by Theory of a Deadman works for me. At least it's guaranteed to keep you hyped up and awake when you're tired.

Determined by Mudvayne. If you have a drop of testosterone in you that song will get you pumped. If you like more angry stuff:
Indestructible - Disturbed
Critical Acclaim - Avenged Sevenfold
Bodies - Drowning Pool
Becoming the Bull - Atreyu
Hate - Drowning Pool
Perfect Insanity - Disturbed

If you don't like that much anger:
Give it All - Rise Against
Dammit - Blink 182
Faint - Linkin Park
Crank it Up - Hadouken!
To Be Loved - Papa Roach

And, in general, you can't go wrong with Rise Against.

Dude, how can you train for any sporting event without [a href=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mu9xx5Ri278] Eye of the Tiger[/a] by Survivor?
It's like jinxing yourself to fail.

Next you're gonna tell me you won't be using a montage to train either.
ITS A.... A... MONTAGE!
