I'd pick a bokken (wooden samurai sword) as I have a lot of practice with one. I could also incipacitate enemies without outright killing them, which would mean no-one would really have an excuse to swear revenge on me or get me hauled off to jail, unlike if I had a true katana. There's also less chance of me accidentally decapitating myself.

I have recently found out that I would be very proficient with a cutting bored....put your fingers through the holder, smack them twice on the head, push it into there gut causing them to bend over and wind back and uppercut them on the jaw with it.

Well I already own some katanas, but quite frankly I hate the swords for practical value, they just look nice over my functionless fireplace.

I would like a pair of double-ended scythes.... but that might be a bit excessive, so I'll just go with either a chain sword or a pair of tonfas.
