For a while, I didn't give much of a crap, brushed my teeth 1-2 times every 2-3 days. After I got my braces off though, I started brushing twice a day. I still do, however, I only floss about once a week.
Yeah, knowing how many British folks are on the Escapist, I was really hoping that none of them would take this thread as a jab against them - that was definitely not the intent! There are people with perfect teeth and shitty teeth on both sides of the pond, I'm sure.Hyperactiveman said:I'm English... Say No More! XD
Yes I know I'm a sterotype so what some of them are right you know thats how they got there in the first place!

Flossing gets more important the older you get. Damage to teef is cumulative, so breaking up the bacterial colonies between teeth every day does wonders for your molars.JokerGrin said:Always brush and use mouthwash, never bothered to floss though. Is flossing really that important do you think?
Your comments made me floss and think about flossing regularly.thiosk said:ew a little bit ago i got a nasty taste in my mouth and my tongue had turned totally white.
gross, i think its bacterial, and a result of all the antibiotics I was on during the run up to a root canal

Wasn't easy though, I had braces for two year and I've had a total of eight teeth removed. I brush twice a day and my teefs are loverly.
