It shifts the balance of power into the hands of those who play the most and level up the fastest. The ordnance drops make on-map weapon spawns completely irrelevant except for the rocket launcher and sometimes the sniper rifle. I prefer Halo to be a pick-up-and-play kind of shooter where combat is focused around weapon spawns and you don't need to level up to get weapons.Tohuvabohu said:Why's that a bad thing?Chunga the Great said:-Ordnance drops and Loadouts
On the note of the Binary rifle, it seems like the logic here is; it's A-OKAY for it to 1-shot anyone because you can see when it's being aimed at you, and exactly where the person aiming it is currently located.
.....It still really fucking annoying though. Even with all that, I do think the gun is still too powerful.
I think the binary rifle wouldn't be so bad if they added a charge time to it, but then it would just be the Splaser with 2 shots instead of one. At this point I just want them to remove it from multiplayer.
