I have met racist people. If I dont have to be associated then I am not. If I have to be then I tell them to 'STFU with that racist crap when around me!' Usually they do.
I have also been known to tell them that I cant wait for them to die becuase their racism will die with them.

I use to live in the slums of Pittsburgh when I was going to college. I met PLENTY of black racists. And no, it's not called "reverse racism" when a minority hates a white person, it's just plain racism. And no, white people don't some how deserve it because of the generations that come before us.

Yes, one of my friend's boarding house decided they would all be outspokenly racist against white people, including the white ones saying they had some minority in there ancestry 5 generations back. One said she was going to make a class action law suit against the school for having the mascots were called the Indians (she was white). My friend stopped talking to me after that.
I was on a test drive with a used car broker and on the drive he started telling me how "The blacks would call me up sometime and I'd tell them I didn't have anything in stock; it's not their fault they can't hold a real job or pay bills or are all criminals." That was an awkwardly silent drive back to his lot.
My whole family was incredibly racist toward blacks. I couldn't date any black girls in high school because they'd ALWAYS make me break up with them. The kids on Xbox are also some of the biggest racists on the planet.
I am personally very racist. It is a natural part of the human psyche to reject what is different and having infrequent personal contact with people of different cultures or ethnicity I am uncomfortable around them. I have no personal bias against people of different appearance or culture, I am just not used to it but at the same time I have no reservations about getting used it. Am I a racist because I hate what is different? No! I am just socially ignorant. Only experience erases it.
My papa is a racist... but he's 80. I'm not using his age as an excuse, but come on, a really old guy? How can you not expect him to be like that?

When I was living in Queensland, and I had to pragmatically become racist. None one of my liberal sensibilities and modern ideas about skin colour's lack of importance saved me from being hospitalised by group of Aboriginals twice, bashed a total of six times in two months. Which might've been my fault, since I lived in Cairns, in the 'Black Bronx'. I quickly learned, in Cairns if you see dark skin and you're alone at night, fucking leave. Like imperialwar said, 9/10 aboriginals you see will ask you for money, and harass you for a bit if you don't give any. If you do, God help you, you'd better have a lot, because more will see and you don't want to turn the next people down, they get pretty cross. If it's during the day, and you see dark skin, cross the road or turn around and go the other way. It's just not worth it.
Aboriginals are given a wage to live of by the government for free, training for any work they want, agencies who actually find the work for them and set up the interviews, train them to pass the interview, and give them support in almost any capacity you can imagine to keep the job and develop their skills to get a better job. It's no less than everyone is entitled to in Australia, and actually quite a bit more. Ticking the "Are you Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander?" box on the form gets you a few hundred dollars per fortnight more.
As horrible as it seems, most aboriginals are like this. On the other hand, my best mate is an abo, one of the most talented wood workers in the country. So there's hope yet.

My step brother is racist.
He worked in the restaurant industry and everyone that worked there(all white) used the term "Canadians" to refer to black people. So he started using that term all the time.
He's an enigma as well since he hates black people and yet listens to rap music and has a sweet bass system in his car...?
