You know what? WoW is actually great. It's got a lot of depth because of the lore, and even though the classes feel samey at first, you can pretty much put one together however you want. There is a huge map, tons to do, lots of nice people(and not-so-nice people) to talk to, raids to do, instances, tons of quests...
It's just all-around a really great game, and I honestly don't know why people bag on it so much.
So!
1)Even split between WoW/EVE. WoW is a ton of fun, but EVE is complex enough to keep my attention and entertain me.
2) Guild Wars. It stops being fun after a good 100 hours or so, but that's more than worth it for the twenty dollars I paid for the original campaign. Apparently the expansion campaigns are fantastic too. Also, no subscription fee is nice.
3)Uh...Jeez, I don't even know. I've played too many of these to decide.
Tip, though: Try every MMO you can find, because you'll eventually find one that's just perfect for you.
