Depends on the situation! IRL I tend to say "I hate my life" at anything remotely bad!
In games I like yelling "RUN AWAY!!!!" Its either comical or distracting! A clever ploy to get someone to chase me round a corner where I have stopped to ambush the suckers!!
I only play COD MW2 online so I also spend a lot of time saying "What a prick!" to any situation where I feel cheated! noobtube/boosters/campers! I enjoy doing quick commentaries over my final kill cams! Like getting a final kill with a stab and doing a little spin and telling people to watch for my amazing pirouette! Gets me every time!

To keep myself from throwing my controller across the room I say something like "OH SHNAP" to relieve some pressure.

But if I'm playing with my friend, we have stupid code words we use for certain stuff. Like falling back is "I'm late, I'm late for a very important date, Bravo *random number*" and then, as a reference to MW2, any time I get into a heli in BC2 I go "This is Goliath, coming in to *insert random military jargon here*".
