Hey all,
Don't know why I started this, just curious, I guess. Title is self-explanatory: what do you do? For how long? And yes, sports do count.

Personally:
In the fall I run cross-country, which is a workout in itself. On any day we can go 5-6 miles in less than an hour for a practice. My best 3.1 mile time is 17:39.
In the winter I erg for preseason Crew. For those who have never erged: don't. It's miserable. Anyway, as a welterweight (138 pounds), I usually burn about 700 calories in a steady-pace workout and 500 in sprints. The sprints are either short and fast as hell, or twice as long and a few seconds slower per 500 m. Believe it or not, that second option is actually the more miserable of the two. For steady-pace I either go 50-60 minutes at a fairly slow pace with high power or 10,000+ meters with moderate pace, fairly high power.
After this I go and lift. The system I use is 50/20: 50 reps, 20 minutes. Simple, and a good way to end a tiring workout. The days alternate between goblet squats with 75 pound weights or pushups/pullups with 15 pound weight in my legs. Each day ends with an abs circuit.
In the spring I row. The workouts are usually pretty tough. Rowing 10k on a lake in choppy water is taxing mentally and physically. Honestly, I can't give any certain workout because they're all different. However, as an example, one of them was the triathlon: 5k rowing, 2 miles running, about 200 meters swimming (that last part might be off, I don't know the length of the water). My boat came in second out of eight with a time of 40 minutes.
However, I am now injured, so my entire schedule is thrown off. I now usually just run for about 40 minutes at a fast pace or elliptical for the same amount of time. The elliptical is harder, but running is just something I love to do, so I usually do that.
