Stand up, sit down.

If that fails, start playing God Hand. The sheer level of insane button mashing will quadruple my right arms energy demands, resulting in a decent workout.

Oh, and i eat relatively little, so it all balances out.

For the past 2 months or so I have finally been using the rec center at my school's gym. ~2.5 miles in 30 minutes, every day. More recently I've been swimming, but I've only gone 4 times I think. I also lift weights (well, mostly machines) on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. It's not exactly the most intense regiment in the world, but what do you want? I feel better about myself, finals are coming up, and my girlfriend's impressed.

On a related note, I used to be like 55 pounds overweight. Then I performed High School Musical with my theatre company. Who knew acting like a humongous tool for 2 1/2 hours a day could help drop more than 30 pounds?

I walk about a mile total each day, though this is more inadvertent than intentionally working out. Not great, but I've done worse.

Jog at least 6 miles every other (non-rainy) day, and 100 pushups each day. I stopped going to the gym because this is less of a hassle and has about the same effect.

Mind you I hadn't been about to do 100 pushups straight yet, for now I've just been doing 34/33/33

Before my tendon got fucked up, running. 3 miles was my standard. got my time down to 24min. I'm almost better now though. Looking forward to getting back on the treadmill. Gonna start lifting with my friend this summer as well.

Morning run, fencing and basketball - I can't 'exercise for exercise's sake', it has to be through an activity otherwise I get bored.

I try to walk to work/unversity as often as I can but now with some real early mornings I just drive even though it's very close. That'll hopefully change next rotation.

I try everyday or second day to do 30pushups, 90 situps and 3x10 Bicep curls with 13kg weights at home. I've been trying to steadily increase those numbers, but again with the rotation it's hard to find time.

I lift weights, approximately one pint of liquid, many reps a day. :p

Seriously, though, I ride a bike about 10-15km a day, three or four days a week. I find exercise incredibly boring, so I don't think I could force myself to do anything more than that. If I didn't have podcasts to listen to, I wouldn't even do the bike riding.

EDIT: Oh, yeah, I have my sword class as well. I don't really think of that as exercise, so I nearly forgot about it.

Not much anymore really.
Used to ride horses, jumping and regional competitions. Rode everyday and had a lesson every week winter or summer. Kung-fu, soccer, long distance cross country running, captain of the school intramural sports and attended all the school track and field events.

Nowadays? I try and get in 100 sit ups a day and go for a 30 minute jog, weather permitting.

These days, just martial arts and thirty minutes running a day.

Back two years ago when I still worked out properly I did the following:

Cardio:

Between 30-60 minutes running, depending on how much time I had

Giant sets:

Drop sets biceps curl, start at 30kg work to 40kg
Drop sets leg press, start at 100kg work to 110kg
Drop sets chest press, start at 60kg work to 70kg
Drop sets 'the cage' (an unpleasant machine that adds weight to sit ups), start at 50kg work to 60kg
Drop sets lats, start at 50kg work to 60kg

Then repeat that as many times as I had time for.

I stretch a bit first.

Resistance Bike (1 hour on mid level) ,or, running laps in my backyard (30 mins - 1 hour) , or, explody-lung suicide sprints (as many as I can freakin' take without dieing). I also end up outside with the dogs a lot (if the weather is nice). We play 'keep-away' with tennis balls, or I'll walk laps as they play with each other and do their doggy business. So I take small 10 minute walks or laps, throughout the day. (on top of the routine).

Some strength (for my arms) with small dumbbells.

And then the basic exercises you learn in gym as a kid, and what my coach taught me.
Sit-ups, sissy push-ups, crunches, jumping-jacks, squats, jack-knives; that sort of thing.

And of course, sexy time with the husband. Bow-chika-wow-wow =D

Lets see...
In the fall I play Soccer for my school, so like two + miles of running everyday, plus weight lifting.
In the offseasons I lift weights and run on the treadmill.
Right now Im squating 175, doing pushups, pullups, planks, lat pulldowns, you know. Basic strength builders.

What I do now:

Walk as often as I can
Jog a little over 2 miles 5-6 times a week
Push ups and lift weights every other day
Sit ups (almost, I forget)5-6 times a week
And I try to swim when I have the opportunity
(going to add some exercise bike just for the extra calories burned)
I need to do pull ups but I'm to heavy and I don't have the upper body strength yet to lift my fat ass up.

What I used to do:

Weights few times a week
Exercise bike 1.5-2 hrs 6 times a week
Walk the dog
(Lost 65-70 pounds doing these but it isn't cutting it for the last 25)

Its not really a work out. Just my day. Though I will say I play alot of pick up games.

4 am: Wake up.
4:15 am: Cold shower.
4:30 am: Cereal
5 am: Wait for the bus (oh, I should mention, this is highschool, in the summer, its not so much waiting)
5 - 7:15 am: Ride bus to school.
7:30 - 2:35 pm: school time.
3:05 pm (roughly): Get home.
3:10 pm: back out to screw around with friends.
-Summer: Grandfather makes me chase the morning deer.
6:15 am: "Accpetable" time time come back if I havent caught a deer (I have yet to, though I came close once).
6:45 am: Go with my uncle to do whatever work he needs me to do (usually involves me doing something along the lines of more running and landscaping).
8:30 am: get home, then mother starts with my chores (cleaning rooms, mowing lawns, running errans [emphasis on running]).
10:45 am: down time.
10:55 am: friend walks and gets me, and we screw around for the day.

-Summer and school year
11 pm: get back, take a second cold shower.
2 am: go to bed.

Start back over at 4 am.

And this is not counting if I have something I have to do late night that may be illicit, then I just pull an all nighter.

I don't. I just have a god-like metabolism and a small appetite. I'm kind of on the scrawny side. The most exercise I get is walking to the store to buy cigarettes.

My friends hate me for my inability to gain weight.
