Electricity. I would like to be able to turn myself into pure electricity (if someone watches One Piece, perhaps the name Enel and Logia type describes it best). Actually, turning muself into any of those elements would be fucking awesome.

But if we are talking about Infamous style powers, then definitely fire. Pyrokinesis is the best elemental power someone could have!

Fire for sure. I've got a pretty heated (fiery) temper and sometimes when I'm listening to music I get imaginations of fireballs appearing in my hands. It's cool.

I'd either use Ice and travel around the world through water pipes, heat-conductive materials etc, or I'd use Wind, and take to the skies.

When fighting another power-user as ice, I'd likely fight like some kind of knight (forming ice lances, shields, walls, sliding around and shit), and if I came up against fire, I'd make sure to keep my dignity as I flee.
As wind, I'd probably keep my distance and simply exterminate through sheer gale-force power.

Tsunamis? How?
I think destroying a city with any of the other powers would be way easier, though. With wind, you can just blow on the sides of buildings. It'd have to be RIDICULOUSLY strong to take a building down. Ok, tornado power would be pretty cool, but you'd have to be a villain. How could a good guy use such a massive destructive force?
Whirlpools? Also how?

EDIT: also, you couldn't really bring down helicopters or planes, you could just make them move very rapidly in one direction.
