Watching it now. I've been looking forward to this ever since that Critical Miss strip.

I'm not sure if you're saying Tony Blair sex dolls make bad prime ministers or if you're disparaging giant Tony Blair sex dolls in general. I strongly hope it is the former.

Yahtzee bashed Suda51 and enjoyed "zany" Saints Row. Either he's being coerced, or Yahtzee has been replaced by some sort of shapeshifting creature for nefarious reasons.

....Seriously, just...My world is upside down!

I don't feel like he's ever going to top Killer 7. Killer 7 was like watching from another world, something truly deranged and different. All his other games are more like a scene kid being "random". Bland really is the best word for them.

One slot for flowers and another slot for cock. That recalls some of the finer crude jokes I used to tell in my early adult life.

Heh, not a fan of Abbott. You probably have to live in Australia to really appreciate those bits.

So Suda 51 has lost it in the wrong way (as in has gone bad)? That's a shame. I guess it's time to buy all his old games and say how much better he was back in them days.

Also I take note that the description of the game has returned (Platform, Name, Websites) which for some reason were gone for a while.

Am I the only one who noticed that Killer 7's box art depicts the PS2 Version? Every previous entry had a Gamecube one. YES I AM THAT SAD.

No you are not "watching it now". You are clicking on comments in feverish rush to be the first, and only after you click "post" you're going to watch it. If at all.

The issue here is that Saints Row knows it's being zany and stupid, while Suda is trying to be taken seriously in surrealism, and it just doesn't work.

I honestly did a double take at 'demonic, roided-up Thomas-the-tank-engine'.

Y'know, I'm not sure Suda51 really deserves much of a pedigree, though I can't fault him for trying. As unique and fascinating as Killer7 was, I really didn't find the gameplay all that scintillating.

The sad thing is, there's probably a market for Tony Blair sex dolls. People are weird.

On topic, yeah, I'm giving this one a pass.

That's nothing. Last year he named a realistic military shooter the best game of the year and an indie survival horror game the worst. I'm pretty sure that's a sign of the end times.

Yahtzee's pick-up tips remind me of The Boat That Rocked.

"So how about it then?"
