They seemed like tangential quips at Microsoft rather than directly related to the game for mine. Probably should've stated that I was specifically referring to his comments on the game though.SnesgenisthebestGen said:You forgot leading off with "i'm gonna try to explain why this whole thing is hypocrisy, then complain about MS".smithy_2045 said:People seem to forget that Yahtzee's whole shtick is finding things he doesn't like about games, and then launching into a rant about them. If you were to summarise his main points, you'd get something along the lines of fun gameplay, story is a bit shit, humour missed the mark.jackpipsam said:I think Yahtzee is being far too harsh on this game, but then again his branding is being negative so what can you do.
Although it seems that 1/4 of it is complaining about it being on Xbox One. Talk about bias.
Excuse me - the R&C games stopped being funny when it was discovered they managed to shoehorn in the Trololo song aboard one of the starships (part of some virus attack or some shit) and had supporting characters start quoting Internet lingo like "brb" and "lol".WhiteNachos said:I'm surprised Insomniac games is making this kind of humor, there were a lot of funny jokes in Ratchet and Clank games. They did have lots of 4th wall joke pop culture references, or sarcasm.
E: That should say they did NOT have lots of 4th wall jokes etc.

When did this happen? I haven't played All 4 One or anything that wasn't on the PS2 or part of the future trilogy (tools of destruction, crack in time and into the nexus) and I've never seen that.Cid Silverwing said:Excuse me - the R&C games stopped being funny when it was discovered they managed to shoehorn in the Trololo song aboard one of the starships (part of some virus attack or some shit) and had supporting characters start quoting Internet lingo like "brb" and "lol".WhiteNachos said:I'm surprised Insomniac games is making this kind of humor, there were a lot of funny jokes in Ratchet and Clank games. Well, if I think about it, the first Jet Set Radio is clunky as hell to play. What we need is Jet Set Radio Future HD, pretty it up and put it on Steam like the first game. Soundtrack can't be beat though, that's true.Rainbow_Dashtruction said:Without the soundtrack, charm or quality of course? Sure, its basically Jet Set Radio with guns, or Tony Hawks Pro Shooter.Dead Century said:So it's like an open world Jet Set Radio with guns? I would play that. Sounds fucking rad.
