It's funny, since Duke Nukem Forever IS coming out. And from what I heard, it's actually pretty meta itself. APPARENTLY.

Personally, I thought there were more memorable episodes, but I can't pick one myself.

Besides, if it was the decision of the Escapist staff, they would have forced him to switch right from the start, not only do so after 20+ episodes already included unique intro/credit songs. Also, since ZP qualifies as parody and doesn't feature entire songs, it's not really breaking the law (hence why the Escapist was never sued for any of those early episodes).

Being a parody has little to do with it. Space Balls doesn't feature John Williams music.
It all depends upon whether what he uses falls under the rules for Fair Use or not. Given that the escapist is so far as I know a US-based web 'zine.

Em, yeah...that was sort of my point. Parody falls under Fair Use.

I'm just sad it was one of the ones with that absolutely atrocious generic synthmetal intro/outro.

I miss when the intro/outro were jokes unto themselves.

OT: My faves were Saint's Row 2, Dragon Age: Origins and Dark Void. Dark Void is the one I liked most, but yeah, this one ain't bad either.

As I've constantly said before - picking a Best Video is useless because all of them have their own charm and wit and I can surely say that all of his videos include at least a few quotes worth remembering for the rest of your life

I wanted to second on that.. Guess it's like 52nded right now..

OT: I think you're about right, every one has its charm, except a few that are just boring in my opinion.
