TEMPDUDE0 SAID: Look at me! I'm on the internet! And I win! You lose! You are a loser! Look how much you suck! I am arguing so much better than you! I laugh at you! Hahaha! This thread will never die! I am right! You are wrong! Haha!

I love how this thread is so long and ongoing that it ends up in The Escapist front page article: http://www.escapistmagazine.com/articles/view/issues/issue_174/5429-Private-Buffoons

The fact that the article is called Private Buffoons is humorously appropo.

The other guy seems to be in the same boat as myself, but I suppose I get it because I'm choosing to be slightly less eloquent with my insulting phrases. That's neither here nor there though. I also assume there's a point in there somewhere but I seem to be missing it. As I've repeatedly stated, I do this as a five to ten minute distraction from other things going on. Nothing relaxes me like spewing vitriol all over the place, especially when dealing with people like numb nuts up there who insist on typing statements like this in relation to a direct quote from the dictionary:

"You used a semi-colon in two different ways in the same 'sentence' which could be mistaken for each other which is a poor move stylistically (and I just know you are going to say this but I did not infact mistake your usage of the semi-colons I was simply correcting your poor use of them)"

Because yes, the dictionary is apparently written incorrectly...somehow. Funny thing is, I'd be willing to discuss this in a nicer way, which is just as relaxing, if my good buddy would attempt to actually refute anything stated earlier. He has, to wit, made every effort to side step what was asked and went off on rants only tangentially related to the question/point. Seeing as I'm such a good sport and all, I figured I'd do the same thing but with infinitely less respect. Since that's the first time you've posted in relation to this argument, I'll do you a solid and respond with courtesy.

As you can see, and would have seen had you read my previous posts, that I'm essentially dicking around with all the insults. They're in almost direct proportion to my respect for the person with whom I'm debating. Due to this one ever so important fact, which I previously stated mind you, I really would attempt to avoid re-hashing what I've already said I'm doing and using as some kind of proof that I'm in the wrong.

So, feel free to keep this discussion going by joining on in. A few more posts per week would be welcomed.

Quote Thingy: CAD > Penny Arcade: End Quote

Indeed, I'd rather have Sky Diving and Xbox Robots than Ping Pong random side storyline... thing.

Your ripping of Crtl+Alt+Del was well justified. I even went to read a few to make sure you weren't being a dick, and it is GOD AWFUL!

Even though the miscarriage thing in CAD was overdramatic, it was necessary as soon as the damn baby scenario was created, cause CAD would lose ALL their readers if it didn't happen and the baby was born. I liked it in the parts where it only was about video gaming itself and trying to break into gaming companies to get an early copy of a game (maybe next time they can break into Ubisoft to steal PoP or the next Assassin's Creed) and make love to it in front of all fanboys who want it so bad they'd sell their mom, or even worse, their copy of FFVII. But I like CAD, cause it still holds on the old sense of humour as good as it can, like holding a slippery soap and dropping it several times, and they still got some good puns, they just need to think before they impregnate someone. I hope it will stay for a long time, and that they will make fun of the next generation of games I care about (not WoW though, cause I hate it, no offense to Blizzard, they still make good games like...Ummm...).

Centerfold, by J. Geils Band

Didn't check to see myself but most of the time he credits each song during the well... credits.

I write and draw a comic my own self.

http://www.dipswitchcomics.com/67

Actually, sometimes I'm funny, sometimes the jokes I try fail. But, using this rant of Yahtzee's as a template, I honestly try to avoid being internet pollution. Also, I'm trying to get better at both the art and writing since I do both myself.

I have to say, this is probably the most watched episode around my workspace. If I think I'm falling into the formulaic pap of the rest of the webcomics out there, I will scrap something. Sometimes, it works out, and sometimes it doesn't.

But, I thank Yahtzee for being a prick about this, because he keeps the rest of us out there honest in terms of humor.

Thanks, man.

I don't read webcomics, and when I saw the thing about the miscarriage I thought Yahtzee was talking about a hypothetical crazy scenario. I didn't think he was referencing an actual comic! Now of course my curiosity is peaked, but I don't think I should be reading webcomics while pretending to work (as I casually browse around THIS site instead..)

Wow. I forgot about this video. Looks like the drama hasn't died down either.

Keep up the great work Yahtzee.

You know what? This drama regarding Dominic reminds me of John Solomon's blog.
The resemblance is uncanny, actually. Has the drama migrated?

I present three improvements to the infamous miscarriage comic:
1) http://img16.imageshack.us/img16/8435/mis3l.jpg
2) http://img196.imageshack.us/img196/4041/mis2v.jpg
3) http://img196.imageshack.us/img196/2903/mis4.jpg

But, seriously, thank you Yahtzee for exposing that tallentless pretentious hack for exactly what he is.
