"Just as well, earth bullet tends to make a mess of the body, sends guts everywhere, hold on a tick I`m going to get something."
Bob flew down to where the giant zombie had landed, stood over the corpse and held his hands over his head. They began to glow dark blue and he plunged them into the behemoths chest. They ghosted through the thick armor plate without trouble, Bob then began to lean back as if he was wrenching something out of it`s chest. After a few minutes Bob pulled out a transparent figure, that looked like a shadow but with patches of green and red floating through it. It was what was left of the zombie`s soul. Flew back to the roof, soul in tow, and presented it to the rest of the group.

"This everyone, is a rotted soul, it`s what happens to yours if you get infected with the full fledged virus. Normally you soul is suppose to be pure white."

As he finished Bob took a bottle from his pocket which sucked the soul inside, he closed the lid and put it back in his pocket.

Garion watched. "Interesting, Well I had better get going. No doubt King is waiting for me." Garion turned and headed back down the stairs sliding on the railing instead of walking down the steps.

"Have fun with that, don't forgot to play dirty," Bob called after him.
"Do you think we should help him?" Bob asked turning to the rest of the group.

"Nahh, he likes to do that "Solo-Hero" thing." Dave said, wiping some dirt of himself.
"We should focus more on that Little Girl. Somehow, I think she's connected to all of this."
Dave turned to Bob, motioning him to come closer. Talking to him privately, he asked "Say Bob, you were in the whole soul-collecting business, right? That meant you had to Find the soul first, yes?" Dave gave a knowing look to Bob.

the new guy!

Character:
Name: Rios
Age: 36
Rios worked for the government before the infection came out.
Once it did, he was one of the guys to clean up the experiment lab down at Washington. During the cleaning, he was exposed to part of the virus, some of his braincells stopped working and he ended up wandering the streets alone in his Black FBI like suit, with his black sunglasses and black Desert Eagle.

Rios walked along the streets, there were some zombies around but they ignored him, because they smelled the virus off of him. So they thought he was infected.

He walked along a big building, when he heard fighting above, he noticed a building started to collapse in front of him, and a huge behemoth came down with a crash, twenty yards in front of him.

"What's this? Oh poor thing cant fly"
He said with a sad face. Then he noticed a figure came down and shortly afterwards flew up.
"He can fly, but he's too late to help"
Rios found himself at the entrance of the building and found a bunch of magazines there lying in a rubble.

"ooh reading things!"
He said with joy as he picked them up and started reading.

"Ya, I see what your saying Dave gimme a second," Bob stood still for a second, he then turned back to Dave. " I got her, it wasn't hard her soul isn't like anything else on earth. So what do you think she is? I got my theories but I'd like to hear yours first."

"I'm...I'm not sure." Dave said, a hard look on his face. "She seemed extremely familiar to me, like someone I knew...and the Boss...he was just do damn easy! It was like he was dead before we even got to him."
Dave looked at the giant hole the behemuth zombie came from.
"He wouldn't have gone out like that...a rotting corpse? No, he did something...but what?"

Charlie leaned against half destroyed wall looking at Dave. "Are you sure Dave? Maybe he didn't think you could pass his defenses, and you caught him off guard." Charlie offered.

" I don't think we just caught him off gaurd he didn't try to resist me at all when I grabbed him, no he was probably dead before we entered. As for my theory about who she is, I think she may be Devil-Spawn, or atleast something that can affect divine beings, before I attacked he, she did something to my head... I don't know how to explain beyond, she made me feel... Bad about the things I had done, you humans have a word for that feeling right? I got also got a feeling she was just toying with me to, as in she could have affected me allot more."

"I'm guessing you felt guilt, but the thing is..." Dave said, know begning to go to a whisper.
"It was rumoured that the Boss was looking for power past the limits of science. They say he was into quiet some...occult things."
Dave looked at Bob again. "Is there some way that...that someone mortal could control beings like you? Or make deals with them?"

" Ever heard the saying 'sell your soul to the devil'? Well thats what he could have done, but for power like that girl has you'd need to give in more than one soul, but would have to value both equaly. Dave, did your boss have a daughter?"

 

[Ramthundar]

"A daughter? Psh, no. No women would want to bear his child. But that girl...I don't know. She just seems, so familiar." Dave said, a note of melancholy in his voice.

 

[Captainguy42]

"Regardless, I believe that your boss offered the Devil his soul and the soul of that girl for power, but something went wrong, knowing Satan, Satan probably decided it would be funny if he gave the power to the girl instead, but who knows, the deal could have been planned a number of ways." Bob stood still again and focused.

"We're losing time, their still flying, we need to catch up or we'll lose them, but we need something that can fly to catch up to them, and I can't carry you all."
Bob stepped away to survey the roof tops for a helicopter.

"Dave whoever that girl was, she's gone, perverted by the Devil's magic."

Garion walked out of the biulding and spotted a man dressed in black. Walking over to him he spoke up. "Excuse me, But you didn't see a Big zombie run off somewhere did you?"

Just so you know this is the same Garion from my thread but in the Future. After the undead world takes place. so if you are using the same Rios from that one well, yeah it will be fun.

Rios threw down the magazine and pulled his deagle on Garion.
"ZOMBIE!? I am no zombie!!!"

He got up, still aiming the gun at him.
"You think i am zombie!?"

Garion shook his head.

"Well in that case, yes i think he went north"
Rios said with a smile putting down his gun.

Bob searched the roof tops fruitlessly, he looked down and saw a man in a suit reading.

"Hmmm, he has a suit, so he must know where we can find a helicopter."
What kind of logic is that? Dave must be starting to wear off on me.
Regardless of what he thought Bob flew down to the street.
"HEY YOU IN THE SUIT!" Bob yelled at Rios
Rios look up from an issue of Gamepro and looked at Bob.
"Me?" Rios asked.
"Ya you, any chance you would know where we could find a helicopter?"

Rios stood up.
"Hmmm"
He said focusing.
"There's gun place to north"

He said pointing towards where Garion was walking.
"There be guns and vehicles there but also bad people"

He said as he sat back down and starting reading the magazine.

"I wonder who's he talking to down there?" Dave said, looking at the tiny dots that were Bob and some other guy.
"Well, we'd better make our way down again, though I think first we ought to check the Boss's room. Never know what we may find."
