Trying something slightly different. I want all the zombies in the place to tell me how they deal with those pesky humans. Could be any genre of zombie you want, but tell me how you - a member of the undead and possibly brain-damaged - will destroy members or the whole of the human race.

I would start off by slowly shuffling down the street, maybe giving a few shouts of "brains"... you know for dramatics.
And then I'd try to shuffle towards a crowd, probably going for the women or children.
I got a great recipe for brain roast, and child brain is the best for that, so I'd probably try for the child.

Avoid the obvious protagonists, it's proven that more often than not they will overcome any attempts to devour them.

I'd go with the "Chase them relentlessly since they can probably outrun us, but will have to sleep and resuply sometime." plan.

Overwhelming numbers will get you eventually, even if you have superior firepower.

Wander aimlessly with other zombies. Try to eat any humans I see.

Walk directly in a straight line to the nearest visible sign of humanity. Walk around obstacles and continue walking directly to the nearest human. If they erect some sort of barrier but are still visible on the other side, claw at the barrier until enough zombies swarm around it to push through. If you catch a human, start eating them, only stopping when they become a zombie or there's not enough human left to form a zombie.

I'm of the Romero opinion that this may not be entirely true, and it would be poor to assume that. Even still, your statement is noted.

Make the zombies wear bulletproof armor, and replace old limbs with prosthetics or new limbs.

I played it...

Any way back to OT I would be all like "Ughhh", and they be all like "oh its a zombie" and they'd shoot me in the head.

I think I'd let my colleagues chew on the doors of a mall for awhile [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cOlznuyPOeM], let 'em swarm over the protagonists and then move in for the feast. I just need about 7,000 colleagues first...

Stubs The Zombie was awesome, you should give it a try.

That aside, zombies are not all unintelligent in DnD and the likes either, but those are special cases and not the traditional shambling undead either.
