Zune Or iPod

Just traded my friend a 16gb Zune for his 30gb iPod Video.

I have an Ipod but no zune and my Ipod is good so it's got a good record with me. But whats good about the zune I've never personally used it so I'm interested in learning.

I like the Zune, i own a 30gig and it can hold A LOT of shit, it's not to heavy or bulky and it always works when i need it to, plus the screen is absolutely spotless thanks to no touch-screen.

iPod by far. I have a 30GB 5G Video and it kicks ASS. People really need to stop trying to "kill" things by making their own versions of them. They hardly ever surpass the original and they just look stupid. Some examples...

IPOD > ZUNE

IPHONE > PALM PRE

iPod. Though to be honest I can't listen to music with portable players; the music I like is so beautiful and I so sensitive that it has to be listened to in quiet surroundings.

Definatly not the iPod. They're not bad, they're just incredibly overpriced. Don't know about the Zune though, haven't heard a lot about it. I really fancy my Creative Zen. An iPod with the same amount of G's was about 40 euro's more expensive than the Zen, and quality wise it didn't differ. Plus the Zen doesn't need a shitty program like iTunes.

I loved my iPod for the first year or so. Then I wanted to try a different product... Apple had other ideas. Don't know anything about Zune, but only buy an iPod if you're 100% certain.

I have a 30GB Zen Vision:M, and that has lasted for quite a while.

iPods are normally easier to carry because of the design but they have become just another fashion statement now.

Zune... I've never had a Zune so I wont make assumptions.

Up to you I guess... do you really need 30GB for an MP3?
