The wording isn't a big deal and no amount of fake outrage will make it so. Everyone who claims to be worked up about ''pregnant persons'' is lying and fully aware they're just quibbling over semantics.

It's almost comically terrible because it's almost saying that if they say pregnant women then they think the pregnant Trans men and NB XX people will too stupid to realise it applies to them to.
It also has shades of what was an insult used by Trans individuals towards biological women by calling said women "Birthers" which started in a weird sort of area that I can only explain as Trans Incels who were trying to present themselves as being superior to biological women.
